  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from ChillNuts are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

ChillNuts provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on our components, as detailed in our separate Warranty Policy. EXCEPT FOR THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, OUR PRODUCTS AND SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability
